A Warm & Timeless Kitchen in Surf City
There's a beauty about a kitchen that feels both beautiful and livable. This kitchen was designed to create that balance. Where luxury and sophistication meets family and comfort.
The Light Oak cabinets along with the soft blue islands, creamy quartz, and warm brass accents gives the entire space a soft natural feel while also adding depth and character.
The large kitchen islands provide plenty of room for meal preparation while offering casual seating to guests.
The lighting in the space is layered to offer different activities in the kitchen. You have enough brightness for prepping and soft glows with under cabinet lighting, dimmable lights, and lighting in the glass kitchen cabinets for entertaining.
The arched area in the bar area is a fun architectural focal point that brings the eyes up to discover the well thought out chandelier in the dining room. The warm tile, the glass shelving, and lighting in this space makes it all feel intentional and not just another area of the room.
My goal has alway been to create unique spaces that speak to people and that the homeowners love. In this case, they wanted a "beachy" house, but something that didn't feel like every other home in the island.
