A Mediterranean Bathroom Design:

A bathroom should be more than a functional space, it should feel like a retreat.

This Mediterranean-inspired bathroom design was created to feel warm, inviting, and timeless. It combines warm natural materials, handcrafted-looking tile, rich wood tones, and timeless details to create a space that feels both luxurious and inviting. Rich terracotta tile on the walls sets the tone, paired with natural walnut cabinetry, softly veined stone countertops, and patterned flooring in earthy neutral and sage tones.

Here, I am playing with patterns, colors, lighting, and textures to produce a spa like feeling in this new construction. The space is designed to make it feel like it has history, even though it is a new built home.

Decorative mirrors and brass lighting add an old-world European feel, while clean-lined cabinetry and plumbing fixtures keep the space fresh and modern. Large windows bring in natural light and connect the room to the surrounding landscape. The view from the tub is worth more than I could describe.

Every detail—from the tile layout and cabinetry to the lighting, plumbing fixtures, and finishes—was thoughtfully selected to create a bathroom that is both beautiful and functional.
